Refund policy
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we currently do not support returns.
If the goods are damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and send photos of the damage to heliu2170@gmail.com
We'll either:
- Send a replacement (if units are available)
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
